The solution is a cloud based service that customer can enjoy with minimum technical efforts, we provide a white label branding for the entire solution.
However, database hosting on customer’s location is also available with additional setup fee’s.
What modules are included within the solution?
Elementary modules only will be included within the basic package, additional fee’s and integration might be required to activate the other modules, such as sales, managerial accounting and marketing module.
Our sales team would be able to identify your needs and customization to the process if needed, and provide a customization fee’s accordingly.
Can we use our domain name to access the system?
Yes, this part is a part of the branding process, the customer are required to make minor changes to the domain name and DNS Records.
Do we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA ?
Yes, we will sign an NDA. We make tremendous efforts to make sure that any information about your company and project will not become public.
